Estimated shipping times are 5 – 6 days for the Asia Pacific region and 14 – 15 days for the rest of the world.

Yes, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. You’ll need to send the item back to us within 21 days of your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Orders shipped to the United States are subject to a 28% import customs fee, calculated on the value of the goods. This fee is applied in line with current US import regulations and is added at checkout. This charge only applies to orders shipped to the United States.

All other destinations continue to receive free worldwide shipping with no additional customs fee applied by us.
